A well delivered online training course. Content, format and time necessary to complete all very good for me 😊
The presenters are easy to listen to, content is straightforward and concise and the visuals make it easy to apply. Including information on stretching, taking breaks and the 20:20:20 rule are really useful to help move more, improve bad posture and limit eye fatigue.
I thought the training was very thorough with really good explanations and examples and it wasn't too long

Very clean and clear with no jargon. Easy to follow and keeps you engaged as it is quick and clear and as it is relatively short it would be easy for anybody to fit in between daily tasks.
