I learnt a lot from this to keep my posture in correct position to avoid back pain, to look away from my screen and focus on something else for a few minutes and to make sure that I am in the most comfortable position during my work day.
Was a good refresher course to remind me to look after myself while on screen time.
Delivered in easily digestible segments with clear concise instruction. Lots of new points regarding using DSE that I wasn't aware of and highlighted some bad habits and possible causes of muscular issues that I hadn't considered previously. Has encouraged me to adopt new ways of working, for the better!
Probably a bit too in depth on the position of desk equipment!!
Clear and concise instructions. Demonstrations were useful.
I had very dry eyes up until that point and it helped immensely.
