I found the course informative & useful as a guide to re-assess my DSE use, posture, set-up. The video format & assessment at the end is good as it is not too long & the videos can be digested in short bites if needed.

The training is good and knowledgeable. and would highly recommend this training to everyone.
This training seems long for it's content. Even when I answered the questions correctly in the module, it explained why they were correct. If I got the answer right, I don't need to hear why it's right...Also, the training states that eye tests are covered by my employer but that isn't the case where I work. They only offer £30 towards the cost of the test and up to £100 for any subsequently required eyewear. The pricing for a test is more than that and glasses will certainly cost more than that. I learnt quite a few valuable things: the stretches that can be done at the desk, the micro-vision breaks (20-20-20), and taking a break before you're tired. All great tips that I'll carry with me.
