no company would allow so much time not working

This was a good training - some info I was aware of and so it is a good reminder however, I learned new information that will keep me healthier since my job is using a computer most of the time. thanks for allowing me to take this course - it says my company cares about my well-being!

Not too long. Broken in to simple sections which cover an idea or theme. Clear, concise and easy to follow. Could be useful to have the option to skip sections that are not relevant, such as agile working. I felt that I was engaged and learnt during the session. The focus on taking personal responsibility for your own healthy DSE use was very important.

I definitely learned a lot from the course, and it was presented very clearly with a lot of detail. I do worry that the course is very long... 40 minutes seems too much and I worry this will put off staff we're trying to encourage to do it! Twenty minutes would be a more reasonable length, but this may come at the expense of detail and clarity.
