Every DSE user should complete before using equipment although I do have concerns regarding hot desking and cleanliness. Another benefit would be to include the additional course working remotely, considering most of the staff are doing so.

This was a very concisely written course that managed to include a large amount of very useful information in a reasonably short period of time. The content was very well presented, with good use of visual effects, and very well worded explanations from the presenters. The assessment was also very useful, covering most of the key points that were covered and allowing me to solidify what I learnt. I would definitely recommend this course to anyone who uses DSE regularly.
