Good general DSE course that covers all the basics in bitesize chunks.
As with the Cyber Security training - the information was useful and concise. I appreciated the inclusivity for pregnant and people working at home, despite not being relevant to myself. I can see how this would be vitally important to others. The demonstrations of how to set up working areas was clear and easy to follow and the delivery of the information was interesting and varied.
I think there should be more options for responding to some of the questions, e.g. the ones about headaches, neck pain, etc. I suffer from both, more so in the office where I'm not able to control the environment, i.e. the lights are too bright, etc.
Realised I needed to make changes whilst watching the slides. I made changes during the course and felt much more comfortable!

There are many things I am not aware of, but I will try to follow all the guidelines.
A very good introduction to DSE safety for many who may not have any previous training or understanding of the hazards and risk associated with the use of computer workstations and how to set the up correctly.
