I found this course pretty good. I've worked in an office for +20 years so I'm quite used to how my workstation should be set up. However, I now use dual screens, so found the suggestions of positioning useful, and the exercises they demonstrated where helpful too.

I appreciated this DSE training as it made me aware of issues that could arise in the long run. Also, I think that it is very responsible and caring of the company I work for to provide this training.
Time consuming which was frustrating. On a positive, the video was informative and I did shuffle things around my desk and adjust my screen and chair so it had a positive end result.
