Very comprehensive and clearly presented.
Enjoyed this course as i use a computer every day and it makes you think about your posture when using your equipment
as someone who comes from a non office back ground it was very useful, lots of information i would not have thought about possibly until something was in discomfort.
Really can't see our department having table tennis though.
good but dont think much changed since last year but i suppose refresh doesnt hurt
