Practical advice on setting up workstation but can be difficult to get right every time in hot desk environment
The only reason I have given this a 2 star rating is due to you cannot confirm your answers, once you make your selection that's it you have answered the question you have no chance to review your answer before submitting it. It is even worse when you are using a mobile device as you can place your finger over a answer and not tap on it yet the answer you have hovered over is selected and registered as your answer and maybe incorrect.
Useful information, some of which I didn't realise.
I learnt quite a bit and it made me realise i don't take enough breaks or move around enough during the day
very good training course
The training was engaging and contained useful practical tips that promote wellness and good posture.
It is quite simple to do these exercises but easy to forget so its good practice to be reminded - I know to my cost that bad posture can cause a lot of avoidable problems I wish I had this advice and support when I was younger.
