Very clear and informitive a couple of items I didn't now but mostly common sence.
This is good basic advice which could solve a lot of problems... sadly, many of us just ignore this advice and forge ahead, without thinking of the damage this is causing. Good course.
I found that this taught me a lot of techniques I can use to make sure I'm not overworking my brain, straining my eyes, keeping a good posture and keeping a fresh mind to working. I didn't know a lot about the topics before starting this course but I am now a lot more informed.
Very well detailed course where the exercises were demonstrated which helped to understand how to correctly position myself in the workplace. It was the perfect length of time too.
informative and easily understood and can be incorporated into daily practice, it would be good to include disabled guides as well to include wheelchair users or mobility issues we can get neck strain or eye strain etc as well

This needs to be updated to reflect more modern working in 2022. My main issues are that there is no information on Blue Light Reduction and Dark Mode to rest eyes. Thanks!
I learnt a lot, I think this training should be mandatory.
