Useful content could have been covered in 5 minutes, but stretched out to fill 30 minutes. Ridiculously simple questions, which can be answered without even listening. It's not really necessary to go over how to clean my headset.
The course was really for useful for someone like me who is new to using DSE and relatively unaware of the health implications of poor posture. The advice the course offered will help me to avoid aches and pains and allow me to carry out my work.
I benefited from this well presented course.

This is a really good reminder about having breaks, exercising in your chair etc and really like the 20 20 20 rule. Have already made a significant change to my work set up at home and feel more comfortable.
