took too long and forced us to spend over half an hour on this when it could have been quicker, as a result I lost interest after 10mins. this didn't need to be so long for the info provided, it doesn't take into consideration different learning styles at all- I am dreading the next course.
Presenters use very clear language and the videos are helpful. The multiple choice questions throughout the course are useful to keep the information fresh in your mind

not sure about the stress advice, seemed pretty basic and for those of us experiencing stress at work its quite weak. I was waiting for him to wink after he suggested we'd feel better after the 4 steps!
