I complete this course, the contents is useful but it kept repeating the same things which caused it to be a little long, this could be cut shorter.
This was a good course with lots of tips and information on how to set up your workstation correctly, all in small bitesize videos, so that you can dip in and out if necessary. Liked the stretching exercises.
Interesting course that was full of useful information, particularly the information about posture.

The course is good but I think more interactive questions or tasks will help with retention of information more.
Course was very interesting as 2 of my younger family members are on desk jobs and always complaining of headaches,sore necks and backpain,one also has dry eyes,so this was a very good insight to educate me so that i can pass on what i have learnt on the course.
Again this course will help me a lot for future use of display screen equipment and make my day at work a lot more relaxed.

I have dyslexia and have problems understanding what I am reading if it had read out speech for the test iwould have done better
