In this training module, I obtained a better understanding of better body posture, reducing eye strain, and stretching exercises for avoiding stress and tiredness in the office environment and being more productive. In this course, all the factors that are usually ignored on a daily basis at work have been addressed.It would be great if a five-minute stretching teams video call could be arranged for all employees at the beginning to encourage them to stretch without feeling hesitant about doing it with others.
