It certainly points out items that can cause you discomfort, also i found the course pointed out items that you didn't even think about and just took for granted as the norm. Certainly was worth the time to watch all the videos, to be honest i was a bit optimistic at first. The course was well presented.

Good module, goes through everything including mobile devices, standing desks and variable workstations.
I've completed several of this kind of course and always found them to be a bit pointless, however during this training I really felt like I learned some helpful tips and strategies to work safely and comfortably at my home office. Would strongly recommend to anyone working in an office of any kind.
