The training is very detailed, educative and very easy to understand. The training facilitators described each scenario with clear understanding and the characters in each scenario did a great job. I was able to follow each section with full attention and could not leave half way because I did not want to stop listening until the end. The quiz were also brilliant and well structured to test my understanding. It deserve 5 star based on the quality of presentation and context.

I have completed a range of training courses for DSE Training but this was certainly the best! It was excellently presented with relevant information presented in an interesting and meaningful way that was completely engaging. It helped me re-assess my approach to how I work in ways I have not considered before. Thank you!
