I found the course of benefit as it made me look at my own posture and workstation, with a view to avoiding long term injury and stress.

General training is good however the risk assessment applies to one particular work station and not relevant to hot desk station/peripatetic workers.

I enjoyed learning about workstation health and safety. The course is simple, adaptable, and provides useful tips for every employee to have and practice daily. It is a great course for everyone! However should have two assessments for both an office and home workstation as they might have different setups.

This was a good course, it made me think about posture and eye strain whilst using DSE.

Good course which reminded the worker to self care while at work, we are all prone to bad habits at the work station.

Covered in more details the areas covered within the H&S training. Should the duplication be reduced?

I think this is the best training I have received over the years on display screen equipment. It was informative, instructive and concise.

The course was well structured and explained everything thoroughly in a very clear way. I found it a bit too long and repetitive but overall very good.
