I found the course to be really good and having very recently started a new position as Workplace & Facilities co-ordinator, which will involve interaction with personnel the course has been an eye opener and will allow me to pass on what I have learnt during the course to colleagues in order to ensure they are set-up correctly and safely with their DSE , desks and chair equipment both in the office and hen working from home.
