DSE

DSE training was very helpful in terms of making me fully aware of how comfortable I should be while working and where I can seek assistance if I'm in any discomfort. This is important and I'm glad work also agree. I have left a request of my own for screen equipment as It is something I will need going forward to help me while at work.

good pointers to prevent DSE issues

Though daunting to start when i see it takes approx 1 hour, it is actually fine with just about the right level of repetition to get the key points across. only question i had issue with was re what you do if something is 'not working correctly'. It is NOT our wow to escalate to manager but to escalate to IT or to H&S dep via 'observation' on Intelex. So question is 'misleading' and will cause 'wrong' reply as we are trained to take 'action' ourselve' but NOT via manager.
