Useful refresher of the salient points and a good reminder how important it is. Well presented with clear audio and crisp visuals with good animation to keep you engaged.
Might be a good idea to mention something about making sure that your glasses are suitable for viewing display screens at a short distance. Also advise to use eye drops/spray every few hours if eyes are becoming too dry at the end of the day.
A good knowledgeable course pointing out many things that someone might not be aware of.
Some useful stretching tips
I found the advice given very useful as I was experiencing neck pain. I have now reorganised my workstation following the steps in the videos, and I can already feel the difference in my shoulders and neck.
