The course was great and insightful. It has really met my aspirations and objectives. I was exposed to some of the bad work practices that I was doing unknowingly that affected my physical and mental wellbeing at the workplace. I have got the knowledge on how to avoid them and on how to maintain healthy workplace.

We all need reminding to main good habits
The course was informative and concise, not at all boring. My attention was maintained until the end.
A well presented, well illustrated guide to DSE. As a previous DSE assessor myself, I agreed with almost all of the content. Would have possibly added advice on:Use of window blinds, Use of a glass of water on desk to provide humidity to avoid dry eyes Advice on / legal position on max / min room temperatures Keyboard Wrist supports Under desk cabling hazards Positioning of PC tower units (access to DVD drives / USB connections)Thanks
Worth going through and putting into practice. We often forget the most simple of procedures so the reminders were helpful
Easily relatable, very interesting, covered topics that I thought I knew about but now I know more. Very engaging. I would recommend this training.

It does remind users of proper and comfortable setup. I have complied to things in a home environment at personal cost. I feel that although it is stated that it is the duty of the employer to make sure things are correct, you only have my word that I have bought the right things to ensure compliance.
