Thought of the portance while working on the computer most of the dayand how important it is to take breaks.
Love this training and great that it is available in multiple languages. The shorter sections are so much easier to take in and allow busy colleagues to dip in and out of it over a couple of days if necessary. Videos work so well and are crucial in this area because it is all about posture so it really helps to show people how you should be sitting and how to physically set up your desk. Thanks!
