The Japanese translation didn't make sense. For True and False questions, both showed 'NS' so I had to check what they say in English. The training itself was informative.

A very good course covering all aspects of how to be comfortable and make sure you maintain a healthy mind and body when using display screen equipment. It reminded me of the importance of taking regular breaks away from the screen and move around. A great course!
