Far too long to cover a basic subject.

I thought it was much more comprehensive than previous units I've done including my RtW DSE last March. I learned a few more tips and wonder if it's because it's aimed at office staff. I recognised many of the exercises as ones I've had to and still do over the years.
A good online course. I like the flow of the course that allowed me to digest the information whilst checking my current workplace set up and making any necessary adjustments.
Not sure all Managers would see remediation as their role
