Found this very interesting & after completing the course the 1st thing i did was rearrange my PC, screen & keyboard; that was after moving it all & giving the office a good clean up & disinfected it all - now much better so very much worth doing it.

Very interactive course. Not time consuming and very informative. I will recommend this course as it raises awareness, and it is great reminder how to be aware of using DSE.
Covered all aspects of work station assessment and each session was a good duration with good tests to refresh knowledge After I added comments and present send there was no message to say what would happen next so I didn't whether the comments had been submitted
This thorough course covers every tiny aspect of Health & Safety needed for desk based jobs. Easily explained and covers points not usually considered for comfort and self care.
