Easy to understand and effective course. Bitesize chunks of information that is easily digested and understood. Exercises effective, in particular the additional stretches videos were very useful. Happy that the the training can be done at your own pace so can stop start the course and easily resume from where you left off last time. Important points reiterated which re-enforces knowledge.

It was worthwhile to have the rules regarding DSE safety and the importance of posture reiterated as these are all important for overall health and wellbeing at work.

The course was clear & precise & doesn't over complicate. Each session is short enough to take in, with clear visual examples.
I found the course useful and well presented.
well explained, and the language used is simple and informative, a minor suggestion that would be helpful is to show a comparison between the type of ergonomics that we should or shouldn't use, this is including keyboards, mouses, etc. otherwise this is a very interesting and engaging session. Thank you
