Unlike previous DSE training I have undertaken I found this course to be more thorough without being turgid, providing previously unknown information and guidance. The additional support will prove most valuable and certainly makes you more conscious of your own bad habits but more importantly how to overcome them.

Easy to understand and effective course. Bitesize chunks of information that is easily digested and understood. Exercises effective, in particular the additional stretches videos were very useful. Happy that the the training can be done at your own pace so can stop start the course and easily resume from where you left off last time. Important points reiterated which re-enforces knowledge.
