Lots of information in the course, very useful...its a bit too long but its understandable considering the information it covers
The course is rich and impactful. I learnt a lot and I must say, I have started putting into practice several healthy tips. Prioritising my health and ensuring my productivity is not affected are indeed very important. Thank you.
A good reminder of DSE
As I have said , course was informative but I felt slightly long running.
I found the training useful but was unable to complete the workplace assessment for SPC as my note in response to one section did not allow me to complete and submit.
A lot of common sense really but useful as a reminder because we do tend to forget and fall back into bad habits.
The course was broken up very nicely into bite size pieces, which allowed me to go at my pace and not feel overwhelmed with the information. It was smart to prime the user with odd questions every so often to keep us engaged and prepared for the assessment at the end of the course.
