A great way to learn, effective messaging to ensure that the content is remembered.
It was helpful in reminding you that you need to be mindful how you are set up at your work-station. Also to take regular short breaks & move your body to ensure your mobility is not impaired. Thought the break when you can play a game of table tennis would be great but guess is not very common. Maybe a football to kick around?
I've being on courses in previous jobs before APEM where they were really dry and uninteresting. In this course, while I have done courses similar to this before - this wasn't insulting and fairly engaging.
