Again like the other courses I have taken previously the course itself was very thorough and easy to follow and understand and you gain a lot of knowledge on basic principles around the specific course.
I find the training to be very professional, user friendly, very clear information and easy to listen/understand.
Overall I found the course quite informative as it raised a lot of issues that I had never previously thought about. It also highlighted the importance of good posture which is something that I should be aware of to keep my back from being sore.
Great course that was very informative and useful. Has definitely made me think about my posture and taking regular breaks.

The course covered a good range of topics but I found the slow delivery of the content a bit frustrating. Videos were used extensively where a lot of the information could have been delivered better in text form to 'mix it up' a bit.
