I notice that some points are repeated subtly throughout the course, this helps with memorising these points and it isnt cumbersome.
The Training as easy to understand and has made me look differently how I work with my Display Screen Equipment. I have already changed a few things following the advice given.
Easy to navigate. Training was very clear and concise. It wasn't overly wordy and I enjoyed the little questions thrown in throughout.
very helpful to set up your equipment and posture
Despite working as Receptionist and therefore having intermittent interruptions, I was able to follow the course quite easily. I am unable to listen to it and therefore rely on the transcript version which worked perfectly well for me enabling me to stop/start as I needed to and absorb the information it contained.
