Course successfully explained DSE and how to use equipment

I realize that my posture at my desk leaves a lot to be desired. I suffer from regular headaches and eye strain, so the techniques covered in this module will be of immense use to me.

I like the video demonstration by actual people showing you what to do rather than using the animations.

WAS KEPT SHORT BRIEF VIDEOS TO WATCH NOT TO BORING

The training was good in that it made me think about my posture and desk environment but as a lot of it was common sense I felt 32 minutes was too long.

It's not necessary to repeat some information, eg, reading angle, 20-20-20 etc.

The points made/covered are true and should be used at all times. It makes you think what we do wrong sometimes at our desks.

Nice to see a modern office representation in the DSE training.

I have learnt a lot on this training, and I am very happy how informative it was.

Did the job, was a bit repetitive after yesterday's course, but I suppose that reinforces the learning. Most of it is common sense, but then not everyone is blessed with too much common sense. The scope of this course is quite wide & inclusive so it is likely that everyone can learn something from it.
