Good understanding of the content, scheme on the right posture really helps
It would be good to skip the sections not relevant to you. e.g the pregnancy section (which could be triggering to some people as well).
Useful refresher for DSE set up. Video made it more engaging to respond to.

I really enjoyed watching that! I was certainly not doing things correctly before and am well aware of the discomfort that can arise. It was clear and presented in memorable, bite sized segments.
