The course goes through DSE in details and gives very good examples and ideas about how to structure your day to ensure you don't get tired, or suffer from bad posture while using the computer.
This training has prompted me to revisit how I sit etc in from of the PC, after time it is easily to sit in the wrong position. Hence, I have gone through the checklist and changed my position sitting in front of the PC and the setting up of the screen.
Found out new info and reminded some that I forgot.
This was an excellent course, it was delivered so subtly that it didn't even effect my busy work schedule. I now feel confident that I can safely use DSE without any potential injury to myself or others.

Very thorough course, test was average with some questions being common sense but the assessment was very good...
