The course goes through DSE in details and gives very good examples and ideas about how to structure your day to ensure you don't get tired, or suffer from bad posture while using the computer.
This training has prompted me to revisit how I sit etc in from of the PC, after time it is easily to sit in the wrong position. Hence, I have gone through the checklist and changed my position sitting in front of the PC and the setting up of the screen.
Found out new info and reminded some that I forgot.
