An informative and beneficial course.

One answer near the end, I'd put the cursor on the correct answer and as I clicked to save, I'd pushed the mouse slightly in error and it went on the wrong one, so that was disappointing for myself.

Parts were good

Fairly easy but parts were too long, the explanations of 1minute up to 1min 20 are more than enough

Incorrect home office set up.

This course has highlighted that both of my screens are not in the right place - my fault as I set them up - I'm a remote worker. Also, the chair is not fully adjustable. I've been experiencing neck pain for about 4 months and paying to have regular treatments from an osteopath. I'm hoping that any changes to my home office set up will get rid of the pain.

Excellent course.

Finally, came to know the reasons of my stress and aches and pains.

Good

DSE Training is good to improve our sitting postures and how we can reduce the fatigue by taking small breaks and with simple stretching exercised. 20-20 method is good for eyes. Thank you

Brilliant little course!

I've just completed this course for the 1st time & found it very easy to navigate. I particulary enjoyed the repetitiveness from it. This really helped to absorb the information given.
