A great training to remind us about posture and strains on the body from working on the computer and in desk spaces. I thoroughly enjoyed the information on body posture muscular stretches and recommendation regarding regular eye break.Great
This was a nice easy to follow look at the importance of the correct set up your desk. We spend so much time sat at desks (if you work in an office) so this training is a good, waffle free and pragmatic way to ensure you're sitting and working in the best way to reduce risks to your body and health.
I enjoyed the course, as there were some parts I did not realise you were allowed to get help with, ie eye tests. There were a lot of points that I have learnt from and will be looking forward to putting these bits into place when using my pc.
This was a concise, comprehensive course that I will be fully engaging with going forward. I did not realise that my employer was responsible for my eye tests. So I really learned quite a bit in a short space of time. Very informative.
Good course, well presented with practical and entertaining visuals. Just the right length I think because if it's too long it can be quite hard to digest. Had to go back into it a couple of times but it's good that the course allows you to do that.
This was a detailed and informative course, presented in an open and friendly manner. There was lots of useful and practical advice for setting up your workspace, and maintaining general wellbeing while working at your desk.
always helpful to brush up on the knowledge gained in previous employments
