THE COURSE CAME ACROSS VERY CLEAR AND EASY TO FOLLOW. THE COURSE WAS NOT TOO LONG IN ITS ENTIRETY. WHICH STOP YOU BECOMING BORED DUE TO ITS LENGTH.
A good refresher on the importance of using display equipment correctly. Each section was just right in length covering the key points.
Some of the exercises got a bit involved, but It's helped me with posture. Might be good to have some AI that checked how long people stayed at their screen and tipped them off when a break was due. (Tipped off can be interpreted two ways, of course!!)
I learned very little from this. It was overly long and extremely tedious to complete. It is also a 28 video course on how not to stare at a screen for too long. The irony of making a person stare at a screen this long is insane. This could have been explained in half the time.
The format and contents of the course are simple and easy to follow which made my learning a fun.
