A lot of this is common sense/knowledge. Being forced to watch the videos makes it take longer than necessary.

The training was good. I thought the physical exercises that are demonstrated were useful (you couldn't help but try them as you went through the course).

Some of the questions in the question and answer session are a bit misleading. The course itself was informative and not too long.

Boring now, would like to see it updated to include hybrid working.
Laptops are the most common form of DSE. They create obvious problems to balance 15% eyesight line with flat wrists. No real trade-off guidance here. For example presumption that should always use external keyboard but then therefore always carry it around especially if mixed site worker?
