Even though I have done similar training in the past I still managed to pick up a few tips to improve my home work station - i now have a separate keyboard for my laptop and a foot rest which has improved my posture.

Having been with various companies, having to do this training, this is by far the best one I have tried. The experience is excellent, with its interactivity and how you progress through it. Maybe have a bar that shows how far you are would add to the experience.

I believe a better approach to many training sessions is ask the questions first and only concentrate on area that the trainee does not already know.
