Takes too long. IMO it drifts off topic, particularly around stress
I liked the course because it was user friendly, straight to the point and relevant to how I can use my computer equipment without injury to myself. Contained useful easy to incorporate strategies for stretching etc.Thanks!
Really good short training session. Quite a few of the topics covered were things I knew but there was some really useful information in there and a good reminder about things I should be doing to keep myself more comfortable while WFH
Reminder of good practices which you often forget over time.
I thought that the video was well detailed and quite useful. the information were clear and straightforward.
