The source forces you to watch the videos irrespective of whether it's covering old ground or you'd prefer to watch at a faster speed. The transcripts would have been enough for this course. Even better would be the ability to take the assessment and concentrate on the areas you do need to revisit. This forced duration is bad, old fashioned practice and wastes people's time.Having said all of that, the content is useful and, in the main, accurate.

I've not had any DSE training in the past, this was a detailed short course, that was very informative. I took a lot away from this course that I can use in work everyday.

Helps with simple ways to take breaks and establish good habits
Having found the course adequate and quite informative there were, in my opinion, one area where conflicting information was given leading to 2 possible correct answers in the multi-choice test section.
