This is an effective course with useful information on setting up your Display Screen Equipment, whether at work or at home. The exercises are very useful in helping to combat eye and muscle strain, providing you remember to do them. Would appreciate a quick and easy way of downloading these exercises, as say standalone MP4 video files, so they could be played on office display screens or works laptops.
