There's a lot of information here which is relevant and useful, yet easy to forget during a busy day.
Clear and well structured. Concise with the right amount of repetition to get the key ideas across. Good use of immediate adjustments to your desk and workspace so there was an immediate impact! 30 minutes about right.
A very thorough course covering each aspect in extensive detail. This meant it sometimes felt a little repetitive and could perhaps have been a little more succinct in places. Would have been happier if the test questions had been more functional but the overall presentation was useful and positive.
