made me aware that my health and wellbeing is important
Some good reminders, few original concepts. It did the job
High quality and valuable information, but the title DSE does not fit this course, I suggest "Computer Work Desk Equipment" as it covers the screen and other peripherals. I love the details, visuals, and simple and clear English used by the course tutors. Why did I give a low score for this course? because like other ihasco training courses, there are no mock or practice quizzes. I suggest developing some mock quizzes for learners to complete before going for the final test. This is important for people with diverse learning styles and of course when you think of EDI and employees with stress managing with their challenging work environment and compliance.
The course was fine but I could not access the additional material - the two vimeo videos showing stretches/exercises. This may be my problem as I have been having connectivity problems but just in case it is a problem for everyone I am notifying you. I have kept the links so hopefully I can view then another time.

Very informative with plenty of useful ideas on how to improve posture, health and well being for DSE users in addition to their rights in areas such as eye tests and glasses costs.

Very informative, great tips and welfare guidelines.
Easy to follow learning material
The course doesn't seem to have been updated to take into account home working or use of multiple monitors. I also find it really irritating that I have to sit and wait for the videos to finish as I absorb the information better by reading the transcripts, so the way the course is set up only suits one style of learning.
