However, the standard positions to adopt are not very easy to do when you do not have a small, flat uncluttered desk. Also if you are not the "standard height and weight it is impossible to keep everything within easy reach, but the exercise breaks and the stretching techniques were new and very helpful.
Really good reminder of importance and how to maintain good DSE habits.
