I've completed DSE e-learning in previous jobs, and this one (WCG) is by far the best one. It is very informative, up to date and easy to follow and use.
Very informative explaining clearly the correct procedures working at your workstation.
Well presented and broken into user-friendly chunks. Concise and straight-forward, appreciated being able to pause the training too!

If one is unaware of the potential problems arising from bad posture, not taking breaks etc, this is useful training. It is also a good reminder for anyone who is already aware of these issues, to take regular breaks and be mindful of maintaining good posture etc.
