Well structured and delivered good examples
Very useful as we all get into bad habits. It would be useful though to have a printout of how to set up and what posture to use in case things get moved. Also it would be good to know where to access the stretch exercises as it is hard to remember them and better to follow a video so as not to do them wrongly!!
