I liked that the training was primarily visual and contained exercises one could actually do to improve the working experience. The videos are a pleasure to watch as they are very clear.

I really enjoyed experiencing the DSE training, it was very easy to understand and the videos were easy to understand.
Good course and delivered well at the correct level and speed
Informative, short to the point clear videos to keep focus. Although I rated the test a 4 instead of 5 because I would have liked to retake the test again to get 100% and it locks after completing the test once.

I found this very helpful and interesting.
Good clear training. The assessment was easy enough to complete, although it wasn't always clear when you selected "item resolved", if you did have to add comments or concerns. Other than that, no problems.
