What a great course! I learned so much I did not know, and was able to quickly make adjustments to improve my home office setup!!

I found this really interesting and I learnt a lot.
This was almost the same as many parts of the previous course (which I completed yesterday) - many of the slides were identical - i found the first patronizing and unnecessary ( as we have to do it so often anyway) so having to repeat it almost identically this time is very annoying. Surely unless you know we have trouble with memory we shouldn't need to keep repeating the same training
Very helpful and I learnt a lot about how to sit correctly and stretch my body.
This could be completed in half the time, much of it was repeated and is basic common sense
Always good to have this information reinforced. It's easy how quickly this can be forgotten.
